This book is a guide to help you relax in your own time and on your own terms, anytime and anywhere. Following the basic format of a yoga nidra, which is a meditative practice designed to induce a state of deep relaxation.

Each page is divided into two sections: the set, which offers cues for you to follow, and the sit, where you can practice the cues and/or do your own thing. This is your practice. Take what you need and leave the rest behind.
